App Purpose
My Digital Garage is designed to help users store vehicle-related documents and keep track of important dates and reminders.
It is provided as a convenience tool and should not be relied on as the sole source of truth for legal, insurance, taxation, MOT, servicing, or safety obligations.
Vehicle Data
The app may retrieve vehicle information from official UK government vehicle data services, including DVLA and DVSA public vehicle information services.
This information is provided for convenience only. While reasonable efforts are made to display accurate data, no guarantee is given that external data is complete, current, or error-free.
My Digital Garage - Vehicle Document Vault is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the DVLA, DVSA, or any UK government body.
Users remain responsible for checking official records and ensuring that all legal requirements relating to their vehicle, including tax, MOT, insurance, and licensing obligations, are met.
Subscriptions
Certain features of My Digital Garage - Vehicle Document Vault require an optional paid subscription. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
Pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store in accordance with Apple’s terms and conditions.

Free and Premium Features
The app may offer both free and premium features. Premium access may unlock additional vehicles, documents, reminders, and automated vehicle data updates.
Features may change over time as the app evolves.
User Content
You are responsible for the documents, images, and data you choose to store in the app.
You should only upload content you have the right to store and use.
Availability
Reasonable efforts are made to keep the app available and functioning correctly, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
Features may change, be improved, or be withdrawn from time to time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Digital Garage and Varnyxol Drive Labs are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from your use of the app.
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
